You'll also get 24–48h dispatch support, a client dashboard, email support, monthly performance reports, stock tracking, and full returns management. It's everything you need to run your store professionally from day one.
Absolutely. Support doesn't stop once your store is live that's when the real work begins. Every plan includes ongoing support, regular performance reviews, and a team that's actively monitoring and managing your account. Growth Partner clients also receive a dedicated account manager and weekly strategy calls.
Yes and it's seamless. Many of our clients start on the Starter Plan to get their store established, then upgrade to Growth Partner once they're ready to scale. There are no penalties for upgrading and no complicated handover process. Your account manager will take care of everything.
Fulfilment services are available to all clients. The Starter Plan includes standard 24–48h dispatch and returns management. The Growth Partner plan includes priority fulfilment, which means your orders are handled first ideal for high-volume sellers and peak trading periods.
